For decades, I tried to “fix” myself with mindset hacks and willpower until I realised the missing piece was my nervous system.I’ve spent years working alongside people navigating mental health challenges, burnout, and big life transitions and I bring that experience into my coaching in a way that’s practical, compassionate and real. No pressure to perform. No pretending you’re okay. Just tools that actually work with your body instead of against it.Today, I combine nervous system education, breathwork, and coaching to help people move out of survival mode and back into self-trust.
